The ideal candidate will join the Accounting team at Docebo and she/he will support to the Head of Accounting for tracking and performing the Accounts Payable monthly activities, manages vendor relationships, fixed asset functions, assist with cash management, audit. In particular, the account payables accountant will provide financial, clerical and data analysis to ensure efficiency and accuracy in payables and billing, while meeting tight deadlines for Docebo statutory accounts and audits.

Report to: Head of Accounting

You will:

  • Overseeing accounts payable, including review, matching with PO and coding invoices;
  • Enter, upload, post invoices into system;
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions including check of AP aging on monthly/ quarterly bases;
  • Manage and maintain vendor files and liaise with suppliers;
  • Perform supplier contracts check in order to assure the correct terms of payment;
  • Prepare and Manage analysis on AP accounts, as required;
  • Support the monthly and quarterly activities related to Payable and the Head of Accounting with month-end balance sheet analysis and reconciliation;
  • Monthly general ledger processing, including preparing journal entries for monthly & quarterly closing;
  • Record & maintain fixed asset ledger, VAT ledger and other statutory reports;
  • Record quarterly intercompany entries from ICO schedules managed by Controller;
  • Discuss with Controller all balance sheet & P&L accounts and make adjustment and entries as instructed;
  • Treasury functions, such as preparing wire transfer payments & transferring funds when necessary;
  • Assisting Head of Accounting and Controller with forecasting cash flow for Cash out activities;
  • Assist auditors with their requests and questions at mid-year and end of year;
  • Assist any other areas of Financial Accounting Department as necessary.


You have:

  • Accounting Bachelor Degree;
  • Previous experience at least 2 year in accounting department in multinational company;
  • Excellent knowledge of of general accounting procedures;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Package;
  • Strong organisational skills to manage a range of regular and ad hoc tasks and ability to meet monthly deadlines;
  • Team Working and communication capabilities;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Proactive.
