Our ideal Business Development Representative Team Leader is first and foremost an effective communicator. As Team Leader, you will be responsible for generating discovery calls, demos, and strong pipeline and is designed to grow in a sales management role. You will be the most senior team member of the Outbound BDR team, which means greater responsibility like coaching less experienced reps, tracking key metrics of the team, leading team meetings, and helping to create and develop new outbound strategies.

You will :

  • Learn and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Docebo products, industry trends and competition
  • Send personal, strategic, value-add emails and social messages (no copying and pasting)
  • Identify and leverage compelling new business entry ways for very targeted outreach programs
  • Embrace using all mediums (Phone, Social and Email) to have value add conversations with prospects and coach others in doing so well
  • Schedule discovery calls with potential prospects via predetermined criteria
  • Qualify and schedule meetings for the Account Executive Team
  • Generate new qualified opportunities
  • Work closely with Account Executives to move prospects through pipeline and closing
  • Achieve a monthly quotas of demos, meetings and qualified opportunities generated
  • Master objection handling
  • Develop a career path for new Business Development Representatives

You have:

  • BS in Marketing, Business, or Communications or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 Years in SDR and / or AE roles in the SaaS industry (in a startup is a plus)
  • Clear writer and a creative thinker - the more you love to read and write the better
  • Great self awareness of speaking, versus rambling
  • Verifiable track record of success and goal attainment in a sales oriented role
  • A deep knowledge of Social Networks (especially LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter)
  • A self-starter mentality, genuine curiosity and thrive with high levels of autonomy
  • Understanding of complex technologies and can learn new ones quickly
  • Italian and one other European language (French, English, Spanish preferable)
